Steve has been a property owner in Chatt Hills since 2011. He purchased 23 acres at 8520 Hearn Road in 2020 having fallen in love with the bucolic pastures, meandering livestock and Ray’s Barn - built in the 1940s by Ray Hearn and his father. Steve’s dream is to make the Farmsteads a reality for the good of the community.

Lew is a renowned, award-winning planner and designer with a long list of accolades ranging from his role as Town Planner at Trilith to small to medium, perfectly-sized communities throughout the United States and internationally. Lew leads all design and planning efforts.

Liz Treadwell works at Lew Oliver Inc in a variety of capacities including design, project management and storytelling.

Lynn joined Liz at Sothebys Atlanta Fine Homes in 2025. Both Liz and Lynn have been active advocates for the families on Hearn Road. For years, Liz has been involved in the community and is a protector of family interests and their property generational plans.

Lynn moved to Hearn Road two years ago and enjoys the privacy, quiet roads and community relationships she has fostered with the neighbors and friends. She maintains sheep, cows and two donkeys on her Hearn property.
